The vision for Alberton Square is to deliver a world class commercial, health, wellness and residential precinct that will showcase a highly activated and advanced future for Alberton.

The project will deliver a precinct which combines sport, commercial and residential activities in a campus style vertical village which integrates with the Port Adelaide Football Club and connects to a key arterial road as well as access to train services to the CBD.

Forthwell are working with the planning and architecture teams to gain approvals and evaluating commercial opportunities to partner withDevelopment and Capital Partners for delivery of the project.
