The Morphettville Redevelopment envisioned a lively, new Morphettville, a premium racing and lifestyle destination, celebrating its proud history, reimagined for today and tomorrow. The development alongside the existing Morphettville Racecourse includes 250 terrace homes and low rise apartments, a mixed-use apartment building with more than 150 residences as well as a supermarket, shops, hospitality outlets, a new SAJC-owned tavern and SAJC offices and a new community plaza to host year-round events.

Forthwell worked with the landowner to source a development partner and capital partner for delivery of the joint venture delivery of the $350m mixed use residential retail and commercial urban village.
