Prospect Lifestyle Precinct includes Prospect Oval, North Adelaide SANFL Football Club, Prospect Cricket Club, RSL, Croquet Club, Tennis Club, Memorial Gardens, Community Garden.

The City of Prospect have acquired commercial land adjoining the Precinct which will be developed to include retail, commercial, residential uses and provide an integration of these active spaces with upgraded community facilities within the existing precinct.

Forthwell are working with the planning and architecture teams to gain approvals and evaluating commercial opportunities to partner with Development and Capital Partners for delivery of the project.
